How to apply lashes?

• Carefully remove the lash from the tray

• Gently give the lash a little wiggle.

• Balance and measure the strip lash against your own natural lash line.

• Trim the lash band to fit accordingly.

• Test any lash glue on yourself first before you apply.

• Apply lash glue (not included) to the false lash band.

• Allow the glue to dry for approximately 30 - 60 seconds until it goes slightly tacky. 

• Use some tweezers or your fingers & start applying the lash as close as you can to the middle of your natural lash line.

• Once balanced in the middle, tuck down the inner corner, followed by the outer corner.

• Apply some mascara to the root of your own natural lashes to blend into the false lashes.

Are the lashes animal cruelty free and vegan?

• Yes, all styles are & reusable up to 20 times depending on care.

• Mid - Glam Range - 14 Styles

• Glam Range - 15 Styles

Is lash glue included?

• No it isn't, we are working on this.

Where are you based and where do you ship to?

• Natalie Wood Lashes is based in the East Midlands, United Kingdom.

• We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

• We will be shipping to other countries hopefully soon.

How do returns & refunds work?

​

• We apologise if you have to return your item, and we ensure that our lashes are made and checked with love. We also take pride in our customer care and will do our very best to make sure that every customer is happy. 

• Please email us at 'customercare@nataliewoodlashes.co.uk' for any questions, exchanges, returns or refunds to be arranged,

• Returned items must be received by Natalie Wood Lashes within 14 days of receipt. ​​​

• For any faulty items you must email and notify Natalie Wood Lashes within 7 days of purchase.

• All lashes must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of being tampered and are in a re saleable condition. 

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable & return costs are the customers responsibility.

• We recommend that you use a tracked or signed service so that we can confirm the goods have reached back to Natalie Wood Lashes. ​

• Once your item has been received and checked, if a refund is agreed, it will be processed and credited back automatically to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 4 working days.
